Contracts, task orders, timesheets, expenses and HR lived in separate tools and spreadsheets. Leadership had no single view of the portfolio, and compliance rules for government work were enforced by hand.

- 01Modelled the full contract lifecycle: customers, IDIQ/GWAC vehicles, task orders, CLINs and key dates
- 02Built finance, expense, procurement, timesheet, leave and HR modules on one shared data model
- 03Encoded government cost rules so unallowable expenses are segregated automatically
- 04Created a shared design system and role-based approvals across every module

The work behind the outcome.
The platform ties contract records to delivery, staffing, purchasing and billing activity, so teams can move from award to execution without rebuilding the same context in every department.
Finance workflows separate allowable and unallowable spend, support approvals, and keep audit-ready records attached to the operational activity that created them.
Role-based navigation keeps executives, project managers, HR, finance and operations focused on the modules they own while preserving one shared source of truth underneath.
