Requests arrived by email, feedback was scattered across threads, and the studio couldn’t let clients self-serve without risking one company seeing another’s work.

Client companies get a dedicated portal for requests, attachments, review notes and approvals while the studio keeps internal assignment and cost data private.
Every job carries its own status history, files, comments and ratings so account managers can understand progress without searching across email threads.
The workflow separates design, QA and client review, making handoffs explicit and reducing ambiguity around what is ready, blocked or approved.
