(01) — The challenge
Cloud POS tools stalled whenever the connection dropped, right in the middle of a rush. The shop also needed kitchen tickets, running tabs and stock alerts without paying for several subscriptions.

- 01Built a keyboard-first billing counter with taxes, payments and shortcut keys for speed
- 02Added kitchen order tickets (KOT), open tabs, refunds and thermal receipt printing
- 03Tracked stock with low-stock alerts and adjustments
- 04Protected data with versioned migrations and integrity-checked automatic backups

The work behind the outcome.
The billing screen prioritizes fast counter service, with keyboard shortcuts for frequent actions and clear totals for staff during rush periods.
Kitchen tickets, open tabs, refunds and receipts are handled inside the same app, removing the need for disconnected tools at the counter.
Local storage, migrations and backups keep the shop running even when internet access drops or the machine needs recovery.
